Cancellation Policy
The last day to request a full refund is May 1, 2024.
Please submit all requests for registration changes in writing to info@aspb.org no later than May 1, 2024. Transferring your registration to another individual is encouraged. If you must cancel, requests received by May 1, 2024, will be provided a full refund. A cancellation request received between May 1 and June 18 will be charged a $65 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellation after June 18.

Guest
Guest tickets for the Welcome Reception, the Sunday and Monday evening Refreshments + Networking in Exhibit Hall events, and the Annual Party are now available for purchase. You can purchase these tickets during the registration process.
You can also purchase guest tickets after registration in the ASPB Store (you will only be able to access tickets in the store AFTER you are registered). Please note that all guests, except babies in arms, need a guest ticket to enter the events.
