Information needed to submit a proposal
Submission Title
Enter the title as you would want it to appear on a final program. Note, the title cannot be changed once entered on the submission platform. If selected, you will have an opportunity to update the proposed plenary title.

Plenary Description
Please provide a 250-word or less description of the proposed plenary. If selected, this description will appear in promotional material and on the event website.
Statement
Please explain how this plenary session proposal embraces diversity (background and point of view), equity (impartial, fair, equal outcomes), and inclusion (sense of belonging).
Proposed Speaker information
The individual submitting the abstract is responsible for providing the following information for each proposed speaker: Proposed speakers will also receive an email asking them to provide additional information—see INVITING SPEAKERS section below.

- Speaker Role (Plenary Chair and/or Speaker)
- City of residence or institution city
- State/Providence (residence or institution)
- Country (residence or institution)
- Affiliation Name (company, university, agency, etc.)
- Department name
- Career stage (Undergraduate, Graduate, Postdoc, Staff Scientist, K12 or Community College Educator, Professional Academic, Corporate, Retired, or Other). If ‘other’ is selected, you will be asked to describe career stage.
- If the speaker provides any of the following service to ASPB (ASPB Ambassador, Committee, or Does not provide any service to ASPB)

Each plenary will have four (4) speakers, with 30-minutes each for talk and question and answers. Proposed speakers must be available to present live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin July 26 to 30, 2025.
