Poster Abstract Proposal

All members of the plant science community are invited to present a poster. All poster presenters must submit an abstract and produce a poster. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not have a poster number, and the poster will be in the “breaking science” area of the exhibition hall.

When will I know my poster presentation time?

Early July, ASPB will communicate poster numbers and presentation times to anyone who has fully submitted a poster abstract.

I did not receive a confirmation letter or a poster number.

Please go into the submission portal to ensure you submitted the abstract. If your submission reads ‘Active’, you have SAVED your submission, but not actually finished the submission process. Please click ‘Submit’. If you have any questions on the status of your submission, please contact pbabstracts@aspb.org.

I missed the deadline to be assigned a poster number, can I still present a poster?

Yes. ASPB has a special ‘breaking science’ area for you to feature your work!

Is Funding available?

ASPB offers a limited number of travel grants to attend the annual meeting. Apply here.

I see that there is a speaker registration rate, are poster presenters eligible for that special rate?

All members of the plant science community are welcome to present a poster, therefore the speaker registration rate does not apply to poster presenters.
