All members of the plant science community are invited to present a poster. All poster presenters must submit an abstract and produce a poster.
Abstracts that miss the submission deadline of June 19, 2026 will not receive a poster number or appear on the website or mobile app. These abstracts will be placed in the “Unnumbered Posters and Onsite Additions” section of the exhibit hall, which will have limited space available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early July, ASPB will communicate poster numbers and presentation times to anyone who has fully submitted a poster abstract.
Please go into the submission portal to ensure you submitted the abstract. If your submission reads ‘Active’, you have SAVED your submission, but not actually finished the submission process. Please click ‘Submit’. If you have any questions on the status of your submission, please contact pbabstracts@aspb.org.
ASPB offers a limited number of travel grants to attend the annual meeting. Apply here.
