Please note: Speaker rates apply to up to 2 workshop presenters and accepted concurrent talk speakers only. Speaker rates are not applicable to poster presenters. Only confirmed speakers will see the speaker rate in their cart and confirmed speakers must register before March 19 to receive the special rate.

Cancellation Policy
Unable to attend? Your registration can be transferred to another person. Please submit all requests for registration changes in writing to info@aspb.org no later than June 1, 2025.
All registration requests received on or before June 4, 2025 get a full refund
Requests received after June 4, 2025 and before June 24, 2025 will be charged an $85 processing fee.
If you do not pick up your badge at registration without cancelling by the above dates, you are not eligible for a refund. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
