This virtual event took place over the course of five days (October 3 – 5 and 10 – 11, 2023) featuring the plenary session talks given in Savannah, with presenters available live* to answer questions.

How It Works
- Register for the virtual event at least 12 hours prior to the first session of the day to access the live broadcast. If you register within 12 hours, you will have access to the on-demand content and to the live broadcast of future days (if purchased).
- September 20-29, 2023: ASPB will send all registered attendees details on how to select specific sessions. You will also receive an email containing your “magic link” for accessing the virtual event site. (Note: You will only see videos for the sessions you have purchased, either all content or specific days.)
- Monday, October 2, 2023: Log in and set up your profile. Here’s how to troubleshoot login issues:
Registered prior to September 28 and didn’t receive “magic link” email: Click the session on this page, enter your email address and click “send me a magic link.” You will receive an email from Swapcard with the subject “Magic Sign-in link.” Click “Sign in to Swapcard” and set a password to access the virtual event site.
Registered September 28 or after: Please allow 24 hours after completing registration to gain access to the platform.
