Imagine being surrounded by people who share your deepest professional interests. What thoughts would run through your head? Surely you’d be aware you belong to a group that talks, works and solves problems together. A group that collaborates, one that respects its members – a community.
Plant Biology 2024 goes beyond networking and person-to-person connection to build a cohesive community that wholeheartedly supports advancing plant science. Every community member is important to #PlantBio2024’s success.
And as a community member, you’re also a co-creator who helps shape the #PB2024 experience. Here are three ways you can help grow your community, starting now.
Submit an abstract. Numerous sessions at #PB2024 (including workshops, plenaries and concurrent symposia) are sourced from the broad plant science community. There’s still time to submit an independent abstract that, if selected, will be placed in a concurrent symposia – the deadline is January 4, 2024. And poster abstracts may be submitted until May 29, 2024. Read more and start your submission here.
Share your participation. Spreading the word about your involvement in Plant Biology 2024 is a great opportunity to help get the community excited, not to mention letting people know they can connect with you at the event. Visit our social media toolkit for images you can easily download and share.
